Using Form 7030

ANSC Form 7030 should be used to report time spent on Auxiliary missions. Mission preparation time should be reported on ANSC Form 7029 instead.

Accessing and Usage: 7030s are due the last day of each month and are input into AUXDATA 2. You have two options for how to report 7030 time.

For repetitive missions (like data entry or radio watch), you are authorized and encouraged to use the Batch 7030 Spreadsheet. Click here to download an example. This is much simpler for both you and your IS officer. Please follow the instructions at the bottom left and email the completed sheet to the FSO-IS. Only submit one form per month.

For all other missions (like VSCs or patrols), you can add entries by logging in here. Refer to the image below to start a new activity log.

A window should appear. In the below diagram, example Auxiliarist John Smith is logging a Vessel Safety Check. Information on what code you should use for your specific mission can be found here or by asking your IS officer.

Pressing Save will bring you to a new page.

Be sure to verify all details of your mission before requesting approval from your FSO-IS.
